Millions of people have the problem of tooth loss in the world, mostly caused by periodontal diseases, tooth decay, or injuries. Until recently only dental bridges and dentures were possible to solve the problem of tooth loss, but now there are many different options to restore missing teeth.

Today dental implants are the most popular and common methods due to the fact that they are long-lasting, natural-looking, functional, and aesthetical.

Dental implants are among the most preferred dental procedures all around the world. Turkey is one of the most successful countries in dental implants, achieving a success rate of up to 98%.

DENTAL IMPLANTS
A dental implant is a titanium screw that is inserted into the jawbone in place of a lost tooth or teeth, this merges with the bony tissue to serve as a natural tooth root.

A dental implant is a titanium screw that is inserted into the jawbone in place of a lost tooth or teeth, this merges with the bony tissue to serve as a natural tooth root. Titanium used in implants is considered a tissue-friendly material by the body. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia without the patient feeling any discomfort.
Unlike crowns and dentures, an implant allows for better speaking and chewing functions, while at the same time, keeps the contours of the face looking natural. This treatment can be used at any age after bone development has been completed (16-17 Years of age in girls, and 18 for boys). There is no upper age limit for adults. An implant can be utilised by anyone with good general health. The elderly tend to lose more teeth and generally have some bone loss in the jaw, as a result, this age group is more likely to require implants.
Implant threads come in specific thicknesses and widths. The quality of the bone in the jaw is important, and the jawbone must have a height and width that fit the implant on the site of insertion. Without these considerations, an implant may not be successful.
A Dental Implant comes as three units;
1.Implant: a threaded titanium implant inserted into the tooth socket
2.Abutment: a post is attached after the healing of the site
3.Crown: attachment of the new permanent tooth.
By using the most advanced technology (Tomography 3-D CD together with specific software), we can measure the patient’s bone to assess what implant actions are required. We offer the latest computer guided implant technology to our patients, the advantages of this procedure are; less time spent in the dental chair, less discomfort and no stitches or swelling.

SMILE MAKEOVER
While preparing a new smile design, or smile makeover, for our international patients, we pecisely examine many important dental criteria.

The patient’s age, dental analysis, gingival level, facial analysis, lip analysis and the patient’s wishes, are all taken into consideration before any treatment commences. A beautiful smile positively affects one’s daily life, and improves social relationships. Our ‘Smile Makeover’ not only provides the patient with a perfect smile, but also corrects other dental problems they may have. The treatment will provide the patient with a more youthful appearance and prevent unwanted facial wrinkles.
Our experienced cosmetic dentists use the latest technology in dental health equipment. Working with computer-aided 3D design software, integrated with CAD-CAM and CEREC technology, our physicians and technicians can expeditiously create a new smile for the patient, while leaving them with time to enjoy a pleasant holiday.

TEETH WHITENING
Our cosmetic dental specialists using the very latest in ‘Zoom Whitening’ dental technology, can provide tooth whitening in about an hour.
The procedure involves our dentist cleaning and checking the patient’s teeth. The patient’s gums are then given protection before a tooth whitening gel is then applied to the teeth. Using the latest technology, and under the proper supervision of our dentist, the gel is subjected to the world-renowned, ‘Zoom’ lazer teeth whitening light. This process can whiten the teeth by three or four grades.
Tooth colour varies from person to person. Cigarette smoking, excessive tea, coffee and acidic beverage consumtion, the lack of sufficient attention to dental hygiene and care can lead to yellowing or staining of the teeth. In some cases, structural defects in the womb or in childhood, or continuous use of medication may also cause dental colour variations. The ‘Zoom’ lazer whitening process is the expeditious and most economical procedure for all such cases.
In some extreme cases, the patient will be asked to use a whitening treatment applied at home while undergoing laser whitening at our clinic. In such cases, our cosmetic dentists, in cooperation with our laboratory technicians, will be able to explain how to apply and store the gel.
Two reasons for discoloured teeth;

Inner Colouration
If the patient is unable to achieve whiter teeth after following a proper oral and dental health regime (such as brushing and flossing), then the discolouration is probably caused by various medications, a congenital disorder or from the use of antibiotics.

External Coloration
Staining and yellowing of the teeth can be caused by bad oral hygiene, smoking, frequent drinking of tea, coffee, and acidic and sugary beverages.

DENTAL CROWNS
Metal supported porcelain crowns can be used to replace a single tooth, or as a bridge. The metal alloy in the substructure of the tooth formation is extremely durable.

Metal supported porcelain crowns can be used to replace a single tooth, or as a bridge. The metal alloy in the substructure of the tooth formation is extremely durable but has low light transmittance. These crowns are more robust and durable, and are generally used for the rear teeth (molars) that are exposed to pressure when chewing. Metal supported porcelain crowns are often used in tandem with implants.

However, metal supported porcelain crowns are not often used to replace front teeth, as they do not transmit light effectively. When designing a new smile for our patients we recommend veneers with a higher permeability and more natural appearance such as zirconium and ‘E-Max’ for these anterior teeth.

The dental technologies available to us in our in-house laboratory allow us to create high-quality dental coatings over the metal alloy substructure of the crown. This is achieved using a fine spray for coating the metal before being baked in a high temperature oven. The result is a very durable finish that will harmonise with the patient’s natural teeth.

E.MAX CROWNS
Due to their light transmission properties, ‘E-max’ crowns have a rich depth and vitality, blending perfectly with your natural teeth.

Due to their light transmission properties, ‘E-max’ crowns have a rich depth and vitality, blending perfectly with your natural teeth. In our laboratory, we can design a new smile expeditiously with crowns produced utilising our CEREC CAD-CAM technology, supported by a 3-D computer scanner and 3-D printer. ‘E-max’ crowns are extremely durable, are made from first class materials, offering colour-tone compatibility to match the patient’s existing teeth.
‘E-max’ crowns have a highly polished surface that doesn’t allow for the accumulation of bacteria and plaque. They are designed to ensure a perfect fit with the patient’s gums, preventing tooth decay of neighbouring healthy teeth.
While creating an aesthetic ‘smile design’ for the patient, careful preparation by specialist dental physicians is necessary when producing ‘E-max’ coatings.
‘E-max’ crowns have higher light transmittance than zirconium crowns, however, zirconium crowns are slightly more durable than the ‘E-Max’ crown. When fitted, ‘E-Max’ crowns are completely indistinguishable from the patient’s natural teeth.
The advantages of ‘E-max’ Crowns
• The materials used do not cause allergic reactions.
• Tartar accumulation does not occur on tooth surfaces.
• The material is resistant to fluctuations of temperature thus preventing heat damage to the coating.
• E-max’ Crowns are translucent, providing good light transmittance, thus giving the closest aesthetic appearance to the patient’s natural teeth.

ZIRCONIUM CROWNS
Due to the light transmittance properties of the zirconia material the crown will have the same natural appearance of the patient’s existing natural teeth.

Porcelain crowns, incorporating a metal alloy foundation, have been used for many years, but lacking the light transmittance of natural teeth, leave the patient with a slightly grey result. These metal crowns can cause a greying of the gums over time, and can also be responsible for allergic reactions. In recent years, newer, healthier and more effective materials have been discovered, giving patients a more satisfactory end result.
Consequently, the tissue-friendly material, zirconium, is now being used in dentistry. Zirconium coatings now offer a similar strength to the previously used metallic alloy used in the past. Zirconium is translucent, does not cause discolouration of the gums, is non-allergic, and is resistant to corrosion, and has since become the first choice for dental restorations.
When are zirconia crowns recommended?
•Zirconia crowns are generally used for aesthetic reasons to create a perfect smile
• To cover or replace teeth with severe discolouration resistant to ‘tooth whitening’ procedures
• As a treatment for genetic tooth discolouration
• To correct for ‘diastema,’ or crooked teeth, as an alternative to orthodontic treatment
• To restore teeth with caries or that have been previously filled
• To restore a deformed tooth
• Can be used as a bridge or veneer for molars
• As a front denture fixed to an implant, or implants

DENTAL BRIDGE
Treatment for a dental bridge involves creating multiple crowns joined together, these are anchored on healthy teeth on either side of a gap created by one or more missing teeth.

For example, if a tooth is missing in the lower jaw, the corresponding upper tooth may tend to drop downwards. The healthy teeth abutting the lost tooth may lean over towards the gap, causing disruption to the patient’s ability to chew correctly. Over an extended period of time this will cause major deterioration to the configuration of the teeth. Dental bridges are very important to maintain the structural integrity in the mouth.
Our expert technicians can create extremely high quality dental bridges that fit perfectly and will last many years.

Dental bridges are easy to maintain, a daily oral care routine of brushing and flossing is recommended.
Why is a Dental Bridge required?
• For teeth with extreme decay
• Replacement treatment for lost teeth
• For patients with a chewing disorder
• For advanced gum disorders
• To correct jaw or joint disorders
• To bridge areas of bone loss
• For patients requiring complete implant treatment
• To support weak teeth

GENERAL ANAESTHESIA SERVICES
Our specialist anaesthetists can safely administer general anaesthesia, as well as the intravenous administration of sedatives.

PERIODONTOLOGY & PERIODONTOL DISEASES
Periodontology analyses and treats diseases of the soft tissues that surround and anchor the teeth (periodontal ligament & gums) and the harder bone tissues.

The periodontal ligaments, commonly abbreviated as PDL, are a group of connective tissue fibres that essentially attach the tooth to the alveolar bone. This ligament surrounds and feeds the teeth, covers the jawbone, and securely anchors the teeth in the jaw. Care of the PDL is as important as the care of the teeth.
How to recognize healthy gums
• The gums are pink and have a firm consistency
• No gingival bleeding during brushing of the teeth
• A distance between the tooth and gum is around 1-1.5 mm
What is a periodontal disease?
The Periodontal diseases are inflammatory conditions affecting the tissues that support gums and teeth. Periodontal diseases are responsible for 70% of tooth loss in adults. Such diseases can be successfully and easily treated when diagnosed early.
The maintenance of natural teeth, easier chewing and better digestion are the benefits of prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases.
Gingivitis is the early warning sign of periodontal disease. The gums will bleed, look red, and over time, become inflamed. Although this may not cause discomfort in the early period, if not treated, the disease may progress to periodontitis, and result in irreversible damage to the alveolar bone that supports the teeth and gums.
Periodontitis is a more progressed phase of periodontal disease. The alveolar bone, together with other tissues that support teeth, is damaged. A “periodontal pocket” of localized infection develops between the tooth and gum. The tooth becomes loose as the disease progresses, and may lead to extraction.
Periodontal diseases not treated in a timely manner may lead to loss of teeth and the development of several systemic diseases. Visiting your dentist regularly, and removing bacterial dental plaque with daily oral care routines (brushing teeth and using dental floss) is crucial to maintaining dental health.
What are the symptoms of Periodontal Disease?
• Bleeding of the gums while brushing teeth
• Red, swollen and sensitive gums
• Gums that separate easily from the teeth
• Inflammation between the teeth and gums
• Loose teeth, or gaps that develop, or become wider between teeth
• Change in the position of the upper and lower teeth when biting
• Change in, or disruption, of consistency of partial denture
• Persistent bad breath

Causes of Periodontal Diseases
• Smoking
• Hormonal changes
• Malnutrition and irregular eating habits
• Medication
• Stress
• Teeth grinding (bruxism)
• Diabetes mellitus
• Other systemic diseases
Treatment of Periodontal Diseases
• Medication prescribed by the dentist should be used after scaling and curettage.
• If the disease has severely progressed, periodontal surgical procedures (gingival surgery) should be performed. Surgical procedures may be required to prevent recurrence of, and protect, against the disease in cases of dental recession and bone loss.
• Surgical and clinical treatments may be performed using conventional methods, or a laser may be used for some treatments if deemed appropriate and recommended by the dentist. Laser therapy has been widely and successfully used for gingival diseases in recent years.

INLAY & ONLAY RESTORATIONS
These aesthetical solutions are usually used when there is not enough dental material remaining, or for teeth that have been too damaged to warrant veneering.

What are the differences between inlays and onlays?
The difference between the two is in the area of the tooth they cover. An inlay is similar to a filling, but used between the tubercles on the chewing surface of teeth. An onlay is often used to cover one or more dental tubercles.
From what material are they made?
An inlay or onlay consists of a ceramic or fibre-reinforced composite. The appropriate material is selected based on the construction of the adjacent tooth, i.e. a natural composite or porcelain tooth.
Why are these an option?
They can be used for a root canal treated tooth or severely decayed teeth, where the decayed portion is cleared to reveal insufficient healthy tissue for a filling. In general, for root canal treated teeth or severely decayed teeth, the decayed portion is removed leaving a reduced amount of healthy tooth material to abut the adjacent tooth/teeth. If there is no contact point with the adjacent tooth, the food you consume is easily deposited in between, causing problems to the dental tissue and gums. The inlay or onlay is prepared on a mock-up, where the desired anatomic form and contact are achieved, before the final inlay or onlay is attached. The material is more resistant to wear and chewing pressure than conventional filling material.
What is the life of an inlay or onlay?
The life of an inlay or onlay depends on the material from which they are made, the condition of the original tooth treated with inlay or onlay, the chewing forces, oral hygiene of the patient, and regular visits to the dentist. An inlay or onlay usually functions healthily for decades.

ROOT CANAL TREATMENT
Root canal treatment is essential in cases where the patient has either, infection in their tooth root, or, where the patient is suffering from undue sensitivity.

What is root canal treatment?
The primary objective of dentistry is to maintain a patient’s healthy teeth and their ability to chew normally.
On occasion the dental pulp within the root canal might become inflamed due to the invasion of unwanted bacteria. If this is the case, the dental pulp tissue has to be removed, the root canal cleaned and treated, and the canal space filled with a tissue-friendly filling.
Today, with the development of modern technology, endodontics, or root canal treatment, is performed painlessly and quickly, and depending on the condition of the tooth, can be completed in one or two visits to our clinic.
How long will a root canal treated tooth last?
It is always better to maintain an original tooth rather than replace it with an implant or dental bridge, as it is more important for oral health to maintain healthy teeth. Therefore, performing root canal treatment on an inflamed tooth to restore it, rather than removing that tooth and inserting an implant or dental bridgework is advised.
Teeth that have undergone root canal treatment will remain for many years, or for life, with good oral and dental healthcare.

Factors affecting the long-life of a root canal treated tooth:
• A root canal treated tooth must be veneered to prevent further bacterial incursions into the root canal
• Individuals must take special care for their teeth after root canal treatment, and to avoid eating hard foods, especially to protect any dental veneers from damage.
What options are available after root canal treatment?
Canal Fill Fiber Post
In badly damaged teeth it may be necessary to provide extra support to securely hold a crown in place, in which case a ‘Canal Fill Fibre Post’ is required. With the result of advancing technology, ‘fibre posts’ are now light translucent, and with a crown made from similar material, the tooth will appear completely natural. The ‘Fibre post’ treatment procedure can be completed within 15-20 minutes when performed by an expert using proper equipment and correct techniques.
What comes after a root canal treatment?
The crown of the tooth must be permanently restored after the root canal treatment, giving the patient the ability to use the tooth normally. This restoration, if performed using the correct techniques and may serve the patient for many years, or even for life.

GUMMY SMILE CORRECTION
A ‘Gummy Smile’ is a condition where a person’s teeth appear abnormally small when smiling. Treatment is determined according to the appearance of the gums and periodontal condition of the teeth.

The treatment options include lifting and modifying the gums to the extent permitted by tissues and/or surgical lip repositioning. Both of the procedures are minor surgical interventions, performed under local anaesthesia and are of about 30-40 minutes in duration. Botox has also been commonly used for the treatment of the ‘Gummy Smile’ condition in recent years. Our clinic provides Gummy Smile correction treatment by a Specialist Periodontologiest who will perform the operation using the latest Laser technology.

LASER GUM TREATMENT
In approximately one hour our clinic’s expert gum disease specialist, utilising the latest laser-assisted treatment, will restore gum health, and remove any discomfort.

COMPOSITE FILLINGS
Composite fillings have many advantages compared to metal fillings. The colour of composite fillings can be chosen to match the natural tooth colour of the patient.

What is a White Filling?
Macroscopically, two or more materials, which may include quartz, silicon dioxide and zirconia, are mixed and bonded to a resin before being applied to the tooth.
Initially this filling material was only used for front (anterior) tooth fractures, but with later technological advances, the newer materials produced could withstand the heavy chewing subjected to the rear molars.
What are the Advantages of White Fillings?
• The structure of the composite white filling material is that it is much stronger and has more durability than metal fillings.
• When the decayed part of the tooth has been removed it leaves a lend cavity. In the past metal fillings were used to fill the cavity area, and it was necessary for the dentist to create a suitable surface to receive the metal filling, thus eroding the tooth further. However, this process has been eliminated for composite fillings, as the material will attach to any surface.
• White fillings do not create any cracks or fissures in the tooth when subjected to pressure.
• The white filling material creates a better seal with the tooth, protecting it from any possible leakage.
• The dentist can create the realistic shape of a tooth, as the white filling material is very malleable, and can only be hardened by exposure to intense light after the sculpting has been completed.
• As with amalgam fillings, there is no staining of the surrounding tissues.
• The white composite filling material is very versatile.
Who Benefits From Composite Fillings?
• Those with spaces between their teeth
• Those who want to change their tooth colour and/or shape
• Those with dental cavities
• Those whose teeth sizes are irregular, and wish for an even smile
• Those with dental fractures

Face

Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty which is more commonly known as a nose job or nose plastic surgery refers to the procedure where the nose is reshaped or resized. The nose has a prominent, central position on the face which means that any alterations made can change the entire appearance of your face.
For those that are unhappy with their nose, the newfound confidence that comes as a result of nose surgery can be life-changing

Blepharoplasty Surgery
The procedure for eye bag removal is typically completed under general anaesthetic. Your surgeon will make a small incision on the outside of your lower eyelid just below your eyelashes. It is this opening that will allow any fat to be removed and the necessary muscles to be tightened before the skin is stretched, excess skin is removed, and the surgical cut is stitched.

Upper Eyelid Surgery: An incision is made in your eyelid contour. Excess skin tissue and fat pads on your upper eyelids causing bags and sagging are then removed restoring a much younger look.
Upper eyelid surgery is mostly performed to deal with vision disorders caused by excessive sagging of upper eyelid.

Facelift Surgery
The purpose of a facelift is to create a youthful and smooth appearance and this type of surgery is particularly popular among those who are beginning to develop the inevitable wrinkles that come with aging. The procedure, also known as rhytidectomy, is used to remove excess skin from the face and the surrounding areas which enables the face to appear softer and more defined. As we grow older, the elasticity of our skin starts to weaken, resulting in lines, wrinkles, and an overall tired look but facelifts help to eliminate these problems.

Neck Lift Surgery
Neck lift surgery commonly referred to as turkey neck surgery is used to remove excess skin below the chin. The skin loses its elasticity with age, particularly surrounding the jaw and the neck itself, which can leave people feeling self-conscious and wanting to hide behind turtleneck tops and scarves. It is common for patients to experience more rapid aging on the neck in comparison to the face, with some signs beginning to show as early as their thirties. Neck plastic surgery or platysmaplasty can eliminate this problem and leave you looking and feeling younger, healthier, and more confident.

Otoplasty
Otoplasty or ear reshaping is perfect for anyone wishing to alter the shape and appearance of their ears. This type of specialized surgery is popular with patients who are unhappy with either the way their ears protrude or maybe just the general shape of the ear due to birth or following an injury. Once your ears have reached their full size, this type of procedure is safe to go ahead with. Ear reshaping surgery can have a huge impact on the way people feel about their appearance, increasing their self-esteem.

Non – Surgical Treatments
Non-surgical procedures have grown in popularity in the last 10 years, and it is easy to see why.
With procedures now safer than ever and with fantastic results you can improve areas you are unhappy with including aging wrinkles and the fullness of your lips. Affordable anti-wrinkle and dermal fillers can make a huge difference to the way you feel about your appearance. We can combine any number of treatments to achieve the overall look you always wanted.

Some wrinkles and undesired lines are formed on our face by the age, sunlights, and mimic movements. We use dermal fillers that got diversified in recent years to get rid of these lines
As well as we can use the dermal fillers directly in hollowed, sunken areas, or the area we want to bring volume in; indirect applications can also be performed by the modern fillers in our day. To give an example to this, it can be provided the under eye hollows to seem less hollowed and better, by performing a filler application right under the under eye hollow without filling the hollow. In other words, with direct and indirect applications, changes can be provided on whole face.
Lines coming down from each sides of the nose (Nasolabial Lines)
Lines between the nose and the mouth (Philtral Lines)
Lip augmentation, shaping and saturation
Radial lines around lips
Corner lip lift
Wrinkles around eyes
Camouflaging under eye bags
Correcting under eye hollows
Lines on forehead
Brow lift
Acne scars
Deformities formed as result of accident or trauma
Cheek and cheekbone and jaw augmentation
Bring volume in tip of the chin
Non-surgical nose job, nasal correction
Making chin corners noticeable
Correction of some asymmetries in the body
Fine wrinkles over the lip (perioral wrinkles)
Deep traces of pimples and wounds
Lines going down the lips (marionette lines)
Cheekbone, cheek
Neck, low-neck lines
For hand care
*The cost of dermal filler injections may is always a consideration in elective procedure or treatment, how many to be used, and the place of application.

Thread Facelift
In recent years, the non-surgical facelift has progressed in different ways; one of them is the thread facelift method. This method is also named PDO facelift, Ultra V lift, gold thread lift, spined thread lift; contour thread lift, and silhouette lift. The first of these methods was the Aptos threads applied many years ago.

A thread facelift is created by changing the form and structure of the special surgical threads made of PDO. These threads are very thin, their helixes and structures are different, melt under the skin in time, but do not give harm or change the texture of the skin. Threads are not felt under the skin due to their thinness.
The non-surgical facelift performed by making a thread facelift will make you look better for approximately 5-10 years.
The non-surgical facelift is a method applied to patients who do not want to have facelift surgery, due to issues with anaesthesia, avoiding any possible side effects of surgery, or do not have the time to dedicate to recovery and healing Especially it is performed in patients between 30-65 ages who don’t have excessive sagging, and who want their skin to be more tightened.
It can be for the following;
• The correction of sagging face or cheeks
• Removal of sagging neck
• Around the chin area
• Around mouth lines and wrinkles
• Brow lift
• The removal of the lines in the forehead, between brows, and around the eyes
• Lightening of the lines between the nose, cheek and lip
• Correction of under eye trough
• In abdominal, arm sagging and some other cases in the body.
In the face rejuvenating application performed by threads, if the lifting is performed by cog threads the result becomes clear immediately. In the lifting performed by other threads or cog threads, the results will be slower over 1-3 months.

Botox and Wrinkle treatment
Botox is the easiest way of non-surgically getting rid of age lines and wrinkles on our faces and has been used in cosmetics safely and successfully for 15 years.
Certain types of wrinkles, such as those on the forehead and at the corners of the eyes, diminish if the muscles producing them cannot contract normally. A thin needle and a small volume of toxin minimize the pain of the injection.

Botox is also used for the treatment of excessive sweating and migraine.
Botox is applied through injections to certain points on the face with very fine injection needles.
The effects of the Botox application are visible after only 2-3 days and remains effective for approximately 6 months. After several applications, its effects may be prolonged to 8-12 months.

Collagen injections
Collagen injections give your skin a plumper, smoother appearance. Although collagen is the best known filler, there are many other substances doctors can use to plump up your skin, including fat from your own body and synthetic materials.

Collagen injections replenish the skin’s natural collagen which our bodies produce less of as we age. The natural beauty of your skin is enhanced as the contour of the support structure is restored.
Skin consists of three layers: the epidermis, dermis, and subcutaneous tissue (hypodermis). The upper-most layer, known as the epidermis, controls the loss of water from cells and tissue.
Without this protective barrier, the body would quickly dehydrate.

Body fat makes excellent soft tissue filler material. Fat injection (also called autologous fat transplantation) transfers fat from one part of the body to another to recontour the face; diminish frown lines, crow’s feet and nasolabial folds (smile lines); and provide definition to areas like the cheeks and chin. It can also be used to fill out depressed scarred areas on any part of the body. Fat injection is not permanent and may require an effective maintenance program.
As age progresses there is a decrease in the fat tissue of the face. This causes a collapse in the cheeks, a reduction in the fullness of the cheekbones, and a hollow appearance around the nose and eyes. This treatment is necessary to restore the lost volume of the face using filler materials.
Filler materials can be synthetic or can be prepared by collecting from the individual’s own fat tissue.
During the procedure, the fat obtained from the individual’s own body using the liposuction method is given to the individual again by subjecting it to various operations. In order to collect fat, the areas where regional fat is abundant, such as the abdomen, waist, and hipline of the patient can be used. The advantage of using the individual’s own fat cells is that both the injection of a foreign substance into the body is avoided and the stem cells contained in the fat tissue are benefited. By means of stem cells contained in the fat tissue, vitality, brightness, and freshness are created on the skin.
At the end of 6 months-1 year, a little dissolving will be observed in the fat injection area. If the remaining amount is insufficient, the procedure can be repeated. Although it is not the same for every person, 2-3 sessions of the application may sometimes be needed for a permanent result. If the fat taken for the injection is too much, it can be stored by freezing and used in other sessions. However, frozen fat is less resistant than freshly taken fat.
After the fat collection area is narcotized by local anaesthesia, the fat collected with the help of the cannula is then prepared for the injection and given to the required areas using special injectors. It is normal to see swelling in the areas where the fat injection is performed, especially in the first 3 days, afterwards the swelling rapidly regresses.

Hair Transplant

Around 50% of men experience some form of hair loss during their life. If you are susceptible to hair loss, certain hairs on your head will effectively wither and die, leaving thinning hair, or a bald or receding hairline.

Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) is the very latest and proven hair transplant procedure used by thousands of men throughout the world. It provides fantastic natural results that give a permanent solution to hair loss.

The popularity of hair transplants has seen the technology and techniques used advance significantly in recent years and has made FUE a proven and affordable way to restore hair.

A FUE hair transplant takes hair follicles from the back and side of your head (the donor area) and surgically places these follicles in areas where hair loss has occurred. Because the hairs from the donor area are not genetically different, they will not fall out, giving a permanent solution to hair loss.

Our FUE hair transplant procedure is so advanced that our surgeons can select the strongest hair follicles from the donor area using a circular extraction device, leaving the donor area with virtually no permanent scarring. The donor hairs are then strategically placed in the receiving area following a thorough pre-operation consultation to give the very best results.

Surgeons can remove up to 4,500 follicles during the hair transplant procedure. Typically, each follicle will hold two hairs meaning up to 12,000 hairs can be moved to the areas affected by baldness. Our surgeons have completed thousands of hair transplant operations. Their advanced skills are second to none, ensuring that you achieve the best, most natural-looking, permanent results.

Weight Loss Surgeries

Diets and workouts may not get you anywhere after some time and it can result in a feeling of hopelessness. Obesity can make life very difficult for individuals and can impact their general health and well-being.
Although it is possible to lose weight for some time with diet and exercise treatments, the permanent slimming rate is unfortunately below 5%. Meanwhile, life turns into a struggle and the comfort of daily life is gradually deteriorating.

When overweight exceeds 20-30 pounds, it becomes quite difficult to exercise enough. Slimming by just dieting becomes almost impossible.
The results of operations to eliminate obesity will not only weaken. This will also be the requirement of maintaining one’s spiritual, physical and social well-being. The surgery will completely change the person’s lifestyle within months and give him a chance to open a new page in life.

Bariatric surgery can help you lose weight. However surgery always involves risk, and weight loss procedures require permanent changes post-op. For this reason, most doctors will not consider surgery unless a person:

• Has a body mass index (BMI) greater than 40, or is more than 100 pounds overweight, or has a BMI greater than 35 and has an obesity-related disease.
• Has tried conventional weight loss strategies with little or no success.
• Has the capacity to change their diet to ensure surgery works and prevent complications.
Most people have heard of gastric bypass, the most popular form of weight loss surgery, however it’s important to choose the right one for your lifestyle.

Gastric balloon, which is among the methods of obesity surgery, is an easy, safe and effective method that is performed through endoscopy for 6 months to 1 year in order to shorten the surgical treatment method and limit anesthesia intake in people who have difficulty in losing weight with sports and diet. This technique is very important to reduce surgical complications in patients with an excess of 10-15 pounds or in people with BMI 50 and above.
In this method, a balloon containing 400-600 cc of blue liquid inside the stomach is placed, thus, the volume of the stomach is restricted and a feeling of fullness is provided. This technique is not a permanent method in weight loss, as it will be removed from the stomach after a certain period of time. Therefore, it is very important to turn healthy eating habits into a lifestyle in this technique.

Gastric sleeve surgery (gastrectomy) is where a large part of the stomach is removed so it’s much smaller than it was before. This is a permanent procedure to reduce the size of your stomach, limiting the amount you can eat before feeling full. Choosing this surgery means altering your eating habits and exercising. The surgery is performed laparoscopically, which means everything is done with just a few incisions.

A gastric bypass is where surgical staples are used to create a small pouch at the top of the stomach.
The pouch is then connected to your small intestine, missing out (bypassing) the rest of the stomach.
This means it takes less food to make you feel full and you’ll absorb fewer calories from the food you eat.
A sleeve gastrectomy is where a large part of the stomach is removed so it’s much smaller than it was before.
This means you cannot eat as much as you could before surgery, and you’ll feel full sooner.

Body Aesthetics

Liposuction

Liposuction is a cosmetic treatment that involves the removal of unwanted fatty deposits in areas where it is difficult to lose through exercising and dieting alone. It is most successful in both men and women who are near average in weight and have elastic skin in the treatment area. Liposuction is often thought of as a way to treat obesity, but this is not the case and it is not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. In order to get the most out of the treatment and achieve long-lasting results, it is important to maintain your weight with regular exercise and a balanced diet.

Liposuction

Liposculpture

Liposculpture reduces areas of subcutaneous fat to create a sleeker silhouette. Though similar in name to liposuction, liposculpture is a more precise procedure designed to achieve an optimal aesthetic result. After the procedure, you may find it easier to fit into clothes that flatter your figure.

This procedure may be right for you if you want to reduce extra fat in the tummy or waist area, you want to reduce the size of your thighs or your buttocks, you want to improve your neckline by reducing fat under the chin or you suffer from gynecomastia.

Abdominoplasty / Tummy Tuck

A tummy tuck is the process in which unwanted, loose skin and tissue is removed from the stomach area to create a flatter, firmer, and more sculpted appearance. It is common to be left with excess sagging skin following rapid weight loss due to a lack of elasticity in the area. A very lucky number of people have skin that returns to how it was prior to weight gain and loss, but the vast majority can be left with undesirable skin not only on the tummy but on the neck, arms, thighs, and a number of other areas of the body.

If you are unhappy with the loose skin on your upper legs, then a thigh lift could be the perfect solution for you. It is often the case that the achievement of losing weight and becoming healthier can be overlooked when sagging excess skin is what remains. Rapid weight loss can result in the skin losing its elasticity and not being able to return to how it once was. Loose skin on the thighs can have devastating consequences on your confidence and leave you feeling self-conscious, but thigh lift surgery can eliminate this problem.

Arm Lift

An arm lift is a cosmetic procedure carried out to remove unwanted loose skin from the upper arm area in order to create a more pleasant shape between the elbow and armpit. When the skin is stretched, often it gets to the point of no return and the elasticity is lost. If weight is lost again, then the skin is unlikely to spring back, resulting in undesirable, hanging skin. Arm lift surgery is done entirely for cosmetic reasons but could help you establish confidence and feel happier within yourself.

Loose skin on the arms can be caused by any of the following: hereditary, aging, weight loss, or weight gain.

Inner Thigh Lift

The inner parts of the legs are the areas that sag quickly with advanced age due to their soft and loose structure. The surgery to correct this undesired appearance is called “inner leg lift” or “thigh lift” in which the excess skin and fat tissue are removed and the leg tissue is lifted up.

The excess tissue is removed by making an incision from the inner surface of the thigh along the inguinal line. The size of the incision varies depending on the extent of the deformity. After the lifting procedure is carried out, a contour correction may be performed using liposuction on other parts of the leg.

Brazilian Butt Lift – BBL

BBL, also known as butt augmentation or gluteoplasty.

Butt lift exercises and everyday butt lift workouts don’t always help and can become tedious when not achieving the desired results. Thanks to the celebrities everyone adores and the opportunities made by today’s technological developments, butt lift, especially BBL, is among the most frequently performed plastic surgery procedures all around the world. This procedure provides fuller, rounder, and more beautiful-looking buttocks.

Brazilian butt lift is a procedure that is performed to shape the central body region, which is the waist, butt, and upper legs.

If the buttocks and the hip line lack tissue, this causes the buttocks to sag over the legs, resulting in an unpleasant appearance.

If there is also fat deposition in the waist and back area, this ruins the contour lines of the body.

In these cases, BBL is the best solution to solving this problem and also has the added benefit of getting thinner whilst getting the butt that you desire.

Breast Augmentation

Mammaplasty, Mammoplasty or Mastoplasty

There are many reasons why women choose to have Breast Augmentation.

They may have small or large breasts disproportionate to their frame and struggle with their confidence or their breasts may have changed after giving birth or after extreme weight loss or the natural effects of aging and gravity.

Breast implants can enhance the body contour of a woman who is unhappy with her breast size. Whatever the reason, having breast surgery can replenish self-esteem and make some women feel great about themselves again. Negative body image can also lead to depression and a struggle with your self-image and personal style. Improving your physical appearance can help to build self-confidence.

There are a variety of implants to choose from, which can be confusing. Our professionals will help guide you to make the right decision based on the overall appearance you are trying to achieve.

Breast Augmentation Surgery (Augmentation Mammoplasty)

There can be a number of reasons to undertake breast enlargement surgery which may include, but are not limited to;

The change of firmness and the form of the breasts due to childbirth, breastfeeding, or weight loss, differences in sizes that affect the ideal body proportion or naturally underdeveloped breasts.

Breast augmentation, breast enlargement, or a boob job, is now one of the most popular cosmetic surgeries for women of a wide age range and is among the most commonly requested type of cosmetic surgery carried out worldwide.

A boob job is mostly preferred because of its effect on boosting self-confidence, following a low-risk surgery with a very high satisfaction rate.

Breast Reduction

Breast reduction surgery removes excess breast tissue to reduce breast size. Opting to reduce the size of your breasts can help relieve back pain and make it easier to find well-fitting clothes. It has proven to increase the confidence of many women, which is why the procedure is as popular as breast enhancement surgery.

Breast reduction surgery may be right for you if you have overly large breasts which cause you discomfort daily or your breasts increase considerably in size during or after pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Breast Lift Surgery (Mastopexy)

Lift your breasts, lift your spirits!

Breast lift surgery aims to remove excess skin and tighten tissue to achieve the lifting and shaping of our breasts. Breasts may change over time. They lose their youthfulness while distorting the general body proportion, which can cause discomfort and distress due to pregnancy, weight fluctuations, breastfeeding, aging, and gravity. Sagging breasts may even cause depression and low self-esteem if not treated.

A breast lift can improve your figure and overall body confidence. If your breasts are less full following pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight loss, then this may be the procedure for you. Alternatively, if your breasts have dropped as a natural consequence of the aging process, then this is a good option to consider.

The effects of gravity along with increasing age may cause the loosening of the ligaments, holding the breasts up and resulting in sagging in the breasts.

In these cases, the nipple location is lower than where it should be, and the breast tissue in the upper parts flattens and is collected downwards.

It is a popular choice to combine Mastopexy with breast implant surgery. Mastopy surgery is performed to reshape and lift the breast and involves the repositioning of breast tissues and tightening of the skin to increase firmness. Lift surgery is not necessarily designed to increase size in the same way breast enlargement does, but by choosing to combine procedures and using the right implant profile, you can benefit from increased size alongside a cosmetic appearance that will make you happier and more confident. It is likely that uplift surgery will make your chest appear larger but if you wish to physically increase the size, our expert team can recommend the best options available for you.

Laser Eye Surgery

Laser eye surgeries are performed to repair any eye defects, so you no longer need to wear glasses or contact lenses.Laser eye surgery can eliminate or minimize many eye defects with great success.

It can cure many eye defects such as myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and presbyopia.

The most widely used method of laser therapy in the world is LASIK therapy. Correct focus and clear vision are achieved by reshaping the cornea, which is the transparent layer of the eye, with the laser beam programmed by the computer according to the degree of visual impairment.

There are 3 main types of laser eye surgery: LASIK, SMILE and surface laser treatments.

LASIK – this is done with 2 lasers, one to open up a thin flap in the surface of the cornea, and another to reshape the cornea underneath. The protective flap is then smoothed back over and stays in place without stitches.

SMILE – the surgeon reshapes your cornea through a small, self-sealing hole.

Surface laser treatments (PRK, LASEK and TransPRK) – the clear skin covering the cornea is removed so the surgeon can reshape your cornea with a laser. The skin then grows back naturally.

All 3 types of laser eye surgery have similar results. Your surgeon will talk through your options with you and help you decide on the most beneficial treatment for you.

Trifocal intraocular lenses

Artificial lens implants have been part of modern eye surgery for many decades. Referred to by surgeons as intraocular lenses (IOLs), these tiny implants replace the natural lens of the eye, which is removed during cataract surgery.

However, these lenses are being used more frequently as a primary vision correction procedure for people in the 40+ age range, as they would not benefit from laser eye surgery to free them from glasses.

Designed to replace the natural focusing power of the eye, early artificial lenses were limited in their ability to adjust vision from one distance to another. Today, lens technology has improved to the point where over 40-year-olds can be virtually free from glasses.

These latest-generation lenses are called trifocals because they offer clear vision at middle distances, which is generally anything at arm’s length. This is in addition to providing near and far vision.

What’s more, trifocal lenses allow a person to switch effortlessly between all three distances – near (reading) distance, long distance, and everything in between. Vision is clear at all those points – something the previous multifocal IOLs couldn’t achieve.
